Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder
There’s a noticeable difference between traditional
Lamborghini rides and the 2008 Gallardo Spyder that is surprisingly
appealing to those who seek a more conventional exotic car
rental. Aside from a lack of typical Lamborghini doors,
the Gallardo Spyder features smoother dimensions and a much
larger, more conservative, cockpit, making it easier to
drive and more ideal for everyday life.
And while the Gallardo Spyder may not look like a typical
Lamborghini on the outside, it certainly features a typical
Lamborghini engine. Producing 512 horsepower and 376 pound-feet
of torque, the 5.0-liter V10 engine allows the luxury car
rental to accelerate from zero to 60mph in just 4 seconds
and reach speeds of up to 196mph.
The sports car comes standard with a manual six-speed transmission
and gated metal shifter, but e-gear, a six-speed automatic
transmission, is optional for those who prefer the simplicity.
An automatically extending rear spoiler, bi-xenon headlights
and a fully powered soft top and integrated tonneau cover
add to exterior eye appeal while 19-inch wheels give the
car a little height.
The Lamborghini car rental comes with several standard
safety features, including antilock brakes, side airbags
and stability control, and has several options available
to make the drive a little more smooth. From heated side
mirrors and carbon-ceramic brakes to a suspension lift system
that ensure you never scratch your bumper, the skies the
limit.
Unlike other sporty cars, the Gallardo Spyder features
a softer, more comfortable, interior. Amenities include
soft leather seating, a four-speaker stereo with six-CD
changer, dual-zone automatic climate control, a multimedia
control interface, optional heated seats and a navigation
system. Privilegio options are offered to those drivers
who truly want to lavish in luxury and include customized
leathers, exterior paints and wood trims.
